This is Psycho Red, Stick #7, while I was polishing at 5,000 grit. The defect visible on the starting frame is no longer there.
I get the polish looking half decent, like below, before tidying up the ends. That way if I bump it or mar it somehow, I already have another sand/polish to go, so it’s easy to remedy.
Psycho Red turns out to be a little more pink than I planned, bright and eye catching.
