Returns and Refunds Policy

OVERVIEW

I’m on your side. There’s so much garbage and poison in modern commerce, I hate it and won’t have it. I have cordial relationships with everyone I work with. I bust my ass to communicate well, listen better, and give my cue buyers a great experience. If something happens to your cue in shipping, let me know right away. It’s insured. We’ll right the situation.

Otherwise, Character Cues refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, other than chalk on the tip. Best to use the packaging it came in. I pack cues to survive a plane crash, but if somehow your cue arrived with damage, I want to know right away. Talk to me.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and found in new condition other than chalk on the tip, I’ll send you an email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Mail to Clayton Lindemuth 2833 Hormtown Rd, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Consider using a trackable shipping service and please purchase shipping insurance. I do for every cue. You should too. Best rates are through USPS ground advantage.
