a gloriously moody and fierce looking stick.

This stick’s made of four pieces of beech that were very degraded before stabilizing. They were like nerf, or foam. You could break a ship made of it in two with your elbows.

Now it’s mostly plastic, except it retains the grain and coloring of the wood. It’s not as strong as plastic, by any means. The wood that remains throughout the piece, like a skeleton, remains degraded wood. But it’s as strong most likely as it was, and it’s definitely more mar resistant.

This stick’ll get another coat of epoxy, then about 15 coats of CA glue. Carbon fiber shaft. It’s going to be a gloriously moody and fierce looking stick.
