The stick’ll get another in an hour, (it did, updated vid below) then sit 48 hours before sanding down and applying 15 coats of CA glue.
Purple Object Ball Eater was Character Cues’ first purchased stick. It was also the first to benefit from my new Unique Products lathe, which is not shown in this video because it’s busy on another task. It’ll show up soon. I love it.
My workhorse lathe is a WM210V, which after tinkering, is a solid and true machine. It’s a grunt. I bore, turn rough stuff round, turn metal, and use it for about anything that needs a quick bit of work. It’s also great for applying epoxy — which ties it up for a couple hours at a time.
